National Sales Manager | Ripple Fiber
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to oversee and expand our Indirect Door-to-Door (D2D) Dealer network while collaborating with our Direct Sales team across all markets. *This role will require occasional travel.*

Responsibilities:
Dealer & Indirect Sales Management
· Develop and execute a national sales strategy for the Indirect D2D Dealer Channel to drive subscriber growth and market expansion.
· Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing D2D dealers, ensuring they adhere to Ripple Fiber's sales standards and best practices.
· Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, providing support, training, and tools needed for success.
· Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans to maximize conversion rates and sales productivity.
Collaboration with Direct Sales & Market Teams
· Work closely with Direct Sales teams in all markets to ensure seamless collaboration between indirect and direct sales efforts.
· Align sales initiatives with corporate objectives, pricing strategies, and market expansion plans.
· Serve as a key liaison between dealers, direct sales, and corporate leadership to enhance sales processes and customer experiences.
· Support cross-functional teams by providing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
Sales Leadership & Performance Optimization
· Set and manage sales targets for the dealer network, ensuring revenue and growth objectives are met.
· Develop sales incentive programs and performance-based compensation models to drive motivation and results.
· Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
· Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership on sales performance and strategic opportunities.
Market Expansion & Strategic Growth
· Identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding Ripple Fiber’s D2D dealer network.
· Implement innovative sales tactics and digital solutions to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
· Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to maintain Ripple Fiber’s competitive edge.
Requirements:
· 5 years of sales management experience in telecommunications, broadband, or related industries.
· Proven success in managing indirect sales teams, dealer networks, or door-to-door sales operations.
· Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams.
· Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in a fast-paced, competitive market.
· Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools to track and optimize performance.
· Willingness to travel as needed to support dealer partners and regional teams.
