Production Coordinator
Ripple Junction is looking to add a full-time Production Coordinator to our exciting, vibrant team. The right person will be able to coordinate aspects of the production process including order management, sales team coordination and other projects as assigned. This entry-level role is responsible for reviewing inventory levels and replenishing for our shelf stock program. This person will also provide customer support accomplished by accurate order entry, successful order management, and by offering quick, knowledgeable and friendly assistance when addressing customer questions or concerns. Effective communication with other departments, including sales, production team, and distribution center will ensure successful fulfillment of customer orders. Our ideal candidate is in the beginning of their career, lives within 30 miles of our West Chester, OH office, and is eager to learn and grow with us.
A Day in the Life
- Basic analytics, master data management and exception reporting to support departmental needs, including auditing and validation of data with the EP system.
- Maintains correct and up to date customer information on the Customer Master, such as resale certificates, contacts, shipping information etc.
- Maintain and update data and information utilized by the purchasing department to effectively manage projects to plan.
- Enter purchase orders to multiple vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and style numbers, while maintaining timelines for replenishment
- Efficient sales order management, including regular review of open orders, available stock, cancel dates, back orders etc.
- Provide pick tickets to printers with customer shipping and packaging details at the time purchase order is issued.
- Track order progress, troubleshooting any issues that may create a variance and ensure all relevant project information is properly documented and closed out so projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize reporting function in ERP system as required.

Must Haves
- 2 years prior experience in purchasing or customer order management.
- Previous experience working within ERP WMS operating systems.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products Excel and Microsoft Outlook 365.
- Can-do, solution-oriented attitude toward addressing and solving challenges that arise.
Nice to Haves
- College degree
- Apparel or wholesale distribution experience.
