Ripple is looking for a progressive-thinking, hybrid-approached Physical Therapist to join our growing team!
Ripple Physical Therapy is leading the charge in new-aged Physical Therapy. Our approach combines high-level clinical skills including; in-depth assessment, elite manual therapy modalities, and dry needling combined with the newest strength and conditioning principles. With this approach, we’re able to give patients the quality of care they require and deserve!
Our Physical Therapy 60-minute sessions are always 1-on-1 to give you the ability to treat the patient as you see best fit! We are eliminating the high rates of physical therapy burnout by fostering a caseload of 25-30 patients per week and giving our therapists autonomy in creating their ideal schedules. We strive to provide the best physical therapy care in Boston while also fostering great quality of life for our staff members. In this model our PT’s are able to do what is best for each and every patient while treating autonomously and focusing on clinical growth and development. Ripple maintains an esteemed mentorship program and prioritizes continuing education at its forefront with weekly team meetings covering best practices and challenging clinical cases.

The role expects, but is not limited to;
-High-level manual therapy skills
-Carrying out and conduct general strength and conditioning/training principals
-Collaboration with the team to give the patient a high-level experience
-Critical thinking of treatment and training
-Running thorough joint evaluations and special tests
-Having a thorough understanding of exercise progression and periodization
-Ability to thrive in a cash-based model
-Exceptional communication skills and customer service
-Willingness to use both manual therapy and mobility strength training in the treatment
-Proper Licensure in the state of MA

Pay Scale: $80,000 - $110,000
We see patients from the incident of injury, all the way through a strength and conditioning program. No more having to discharge patients when you know they need more care. In our direct access setting, you're able to use clinical critical thinking to do what's best for the patient.
