As we expand the Treasury globally, we are looking for a multifaceted, highly analytical and collaborative individual to join our growing Treasury team at Ripple. The Senior Analyst will be involved in all aspects of global treasury operations and will support initiatives to facilitate the expansion of the company’s infrastructure!Reporting to the treasurer, this person will be responsible for supporting all aspects of global treasury operations. This individual will collaborate daily with cross-functional team members and Ripple’s partners.WHAT YOU’LL DO : Payment Processing - Prepare, assess, and record cash flow transactions. Ensure adequate liquidity to meet global financial obligations. Own business reporting.Global Bank Account Management - Own global account / exchange management, including opening / closing accounts, portal administration, KYC, signatory updates, and FBAR Reporting.Treasury Systems - Help maintain and operate the treasury management system, ensuring accurate data entry and system functionality.Crypto Operations - Assist the crypto operations team prepare and analyze cash positions, provide digital asset fundings, and ensure liquidity is available to meet wallet / funding obligations.Cross-Functional Coordination - Provide support to Accounting, Fin. Ops, Tax, Compliance, Crypto Ops, and cross-functional teams, as it relates to Treasury matters.WHAT YOU'LL BRING : 3 years of multifaceted experience in a Global Treasury functionExperience with domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset paymentsStrong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSophisticated proficiency in Excel and Google SheetsAbility to rapidly respond to changing prioritiesProven track record to self-direct and is proactiveA Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferredCOMPENSATION : For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position.
