Reporting to the treasurer, this person will be responsible for leading all aspects of global treasury operations. This individual will collaborate daily with cross-functional team members and Ripple's partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Treasury [Fiat] Operations - lead the core treasury [fiat] operations team which owns the preparation, assessment, and recording of cash flow transactions, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet global financial obligations.
- Crypto Operations - lead the crypto operations team which prepares and analyzes cash positions, provides digital asset fundings, and ensures liquidity is available to meet wallet / funding obligations.
- Global Banking Infrastructure - Own the strategy and execution of building a global banking infrastructure to support not only corporate treasury / liquidity needs, but also to optimize for business unit needs.
- Treasury Systems - Own the strategy and execution of building a global treasury management system, ensuring system functionality across business lines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Own / develop partnerships with Accounting, Fin. Ops, Tax, Compliance, Crypto Ops, and cross-functional teams, as it relates to Treasury matters.

For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

176,000-$220,000 USD
