About The Role

Rippling"s rapid growth presents an exciting opportunity to shape HR practices and management capabilities that will support our high-performing G&A departments. We're seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP, to serve as a strategic advisor to our G&A leadership, providing expert guidance on all aspects of people management disciplines : Leadership Development, Performance Management, Organizational Design, Employee Relations, and more. This role is instrumental in building and scaling Rippling"s management capabilities by developing and implementing strategic initiatives across our administrative functions.

With the company having tripled its headcount last year and continuing to grow, this position offers a significant opportunity for impactful leadership. You will join an HR function that is in build mode, driving strategic HR initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a unique chance to influence and lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is based in our San Francisco office, with the expectation to work from the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and drive strategic HR initiatives for our G&A departments, partnering closely with senior executives and managers to deliver high-impact HR programs, including performance management, leadership excellence programs, and strategic compensation reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching and influencing senior leaders on complex HR issues, including sensitive employee relations matters, organizational restructuring, and talent management strategies.
  • Develop and implement career pathing frameworks and professional development plans to nurture a culture of continuous growth and high performance.
  • Oversee and enhance day-to-day HR policies, processes, and programs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across G&A functions.
  • Design, lead, and execute strategic organizational initiatives to optimize effectiveness and drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze and interpret key indicators of organizational health, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Coach, develop, and manager an Associate HRBP

What You Will Need

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, with a strong emphasis on strategic business partnering, HR program development, organizational design, and advanced employee relations.
  • Proven experience supporting G&A functions at a senior level, with a deep understanding of the strategic challenges and opportunities within administrative departments.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think systemically and holistically, providing innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Proficiency in both tactical and strategic HR operations, with a track record of contributing to long-term organizational planning and development.
  • Strong tech acumen, with a natural ability to leverage technology to enhance HR processes and implement innovative solutions.
