About The Role:
As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, responding to employee requests, and ensuring a smooth, productive workplace experience. You will work closely with the Workplace Manager while taking increasing ownership of tasks, troubleshooting issues proactively, and advocating for improvements within the office. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role:

You will work closely with the Workplace Manager while taking increasing ownership of tasks, troubleshooting issues proactively, and advocating for improvements within the office. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to workplace tickets and employee inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of office-related needs.
- Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure a clean, functional, and safe environment, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage workplace checklists and proactively update them based on feedback and operational needs.
- Support food & beverage programs, office supplies management, and shipping & receiving to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in executing small-scale office projects, process improvements, and workplace initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employee moves, event setups, and general office needs.
- Work with building management to submit and track facility requests, ensuring completion of maintenance tasks.
- Provide empathetic yet clear communication to employees regarding workplace policies and guidelines.
- Take increasing ownership of tasks, making judgment calls on priorities when handling competing requests (e.g., triaging AV issues vs. desk-related concerns).
- Maintain workplace documentation, updating Confluence pages with the latest processes and information.
- Support workplace engagement efforts by fostering a joyful and connected employee experience.
- Collaborate with the workplace team to plan, source, and execute events like month-end happy hours and engagement pop-ups.
- Act as a resource for employees, advising on workplace best practices and solutions while escalating issues when necessary.
- 2 years of experience in Workplace Operations, Customer Service, or Facilities Management
- Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, exercising good judgment in fast-paced situations.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for workplace operations.
- Comfortable following structured processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring workplace standards and checklists are consistently upheld.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, receiving direction while taking increasing autonomy over tasks.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Slack) and ability to document workplace processes effectively.
- Maintains a solution-oriented and positive attitude, even when faced with challenges.
- Required to be onsite 5 days a week.
