Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office or facility
- Maintain and repair office equipment, furniture, and fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance services
- Assist with office moves and reconfigurations as needed
- Keep track of inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Clean facility and keep up with all maintenance
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy in records
- Experience working in an office setting, preferably in a medical office
- Knowledge of clinical receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Ability to assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Strong clerical skills, including the ability to transcribe documents and file paperwork accurately
This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently.
