Job Description:

Risch Results is seeking an Asset Transfer Associate to support the funding of client trusts. This role involves collaborating with clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents, transferring assets into trusts, and maintaining detailed records of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and verifying client documents to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
• Supporting clients with transferring their assets into their trusts, including working with financial records and deeds.
• Maintaining precise records of transactions within our case management system.
• Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their trust funding.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a role requiring high accuracy and excellent customer service skills (law firm background preferred).
• H.S. Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and soft skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
