Our growing elder law and estate planning firm is seeking a legal professional who can work with our busy estate planning department to assist clients in funding their trusts. This position involves working closely with clients and financial institutions to obtain documentation required to make sure their estate planning documents are complete.
To be considered, you should have law firm experience, preferably in estate planning, and be comfortable working with clients, attorneys and financial professionals. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will come in handy as you work with our clients to collect the documents required to achieve their funding within the firm's timelines. You will be involved from the time the clients execute their documents throughout the funding process. If you enjoy working with clients to help them through this process and feel personal satisfaction from helping clients with strategic estate plans, this position is for you.

Compensation : 45,000 - $55,000
Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients.
- Read trust documents and determine requirements to accurately fund the trust.
- Prepare asset detail reports.
- Submit funding instructions to financial institutions and work with them closely to obtain required documents.
- Track documents, updates and changes.
- Maintain accurate records and report status to legal teams.
- Witness document signings.
