Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real impact in a thriving student housing community? Eagle Landing is searching for a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance Community Assistant to help keep our property looking its best and ensure a great living experience for our residents.
Your Role:
As a Maintenance Community Assistant, you will assist our maintenance team in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your work will directly contribute to making Eagle Landing a welcoming home for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with completing maintenance service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Blow breezeways to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Conduct full property trash walks to keep the community looking great.
- Vacuum the pools to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Monitor and assist with trash removal around the exterior of the property and common areas, including the office, laundry room, and pool.
- Power wash community buildings and breezeways as directed.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability and willingness to take initiative.
- Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
