Your Role:
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead our maintenance team and ensure the successful management of a brand-new community. You’ll use your new construction experience to uphold the highest standards for our property and provide residents with a safe, comfortable, and beautiful environment to call home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team, fostering efficiency and teamwork.
- Conduct property inspections and proactively address maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and construction-related tasks.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and foster a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- New Construction Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is essential.
- Current EPA Certification and CPO Certification are required.
- Punch List experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
