Position Overview
We are looking to hire an eager, curious, and effective Transition Manager to join our growing team.
As a Transition Manager with RISE, you will enjoy helping our clients to provide management, direction, and leadership to ensure all closing documents are provided accurately and timely for our condominium and townhome unit owners. This includes reading and understanding governing documents, working with title companies and realtors to give information on a community association to buyers, working with our attorneys to collect delinquent accounts, updating and maintaining individual homeowner accounts ownership through various transactions such as sales and foreclosure, and processing as processing payments.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review resale certificates, statements of account, and condo questionnaires to facilitate property closings.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, realtors, and property managers to obtain necessary closing information, including:
- Special assessments
- Litigation details
- Owner occupancy data
- Update and maintain homeowner account records, including ownership transfers due to sales, foreclosures, and other transactions.
- Communicate with attorneys regarding collections and account discrepancies.
- Send welcome packets and ensure new owner information is accurately entered into the system.
- Process address change requests, payment plan requests, and resident inquiries (via phone or email).
- Provide inbound customer service and general administrative support as needed.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years in title, mortgage, or property collections.
- Knowledge of property conveyances, liens, and homeowner association operations is required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry. Ability to create and reconcile spreadsheets and balance deposits.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess the ability to establish strong, positive relationships with new boards immediately.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience required.
- Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Working Conditions:
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work seated for most of the day.
- Salary: $70,000-$75,000
