Position Summary:

The CBHI Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the CBHI program leadership to support the initiatives of the CBHI Department. This role requires a combination of organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities to ensure the seamless functioning of clinical and administrative operations within the CBHI programs.

Skills and Experience:

Prefer minimum of 1 year experience in program coordination/case management. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists Program Directors and Clinical Supervisors in day-to-day management activities
  • Processes referrals for all CBHI programs, including insurance verifications and client information entry in Ninox and ReThink
  • Completes regularly scheduled calls to families on the waitlists for CBHI programs to check in and confirm continued placement on the waitlist
  • Maintain effective communication with clinicians, peers, and management/Program Directors to relay updates, challenges, and achievements
  • Respond to unforeseen situations or urgencies, making well thought-out decisions to minimize administrative and clinical disruptions in CBHI.
  • All other duties assigned by Program Directors

Degree/Credential Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred, associate degree with experience will be considered.

  • Superior communication skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft 365 software, ability to quickly learn other software (EHR and database)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations

Additional requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirement or receive an approved exemption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
