Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Requirements

• Full Time - 40 hours per week.
• HYBRID COMPONENT: 1 week each month, you will work fully remote from home.
• A 4 day (10h per day) workweek is an option as well.
• Schedule and duties as assigned by RISE.
• Work a combination of in-clinic and visiting home-sites.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Holds a Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB

- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Michigan

- Holds Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis /or/ qualifying Master's Degree plus BCBA Certificate.

- CPR (live tested) and first aid certified.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, data collection methods, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with special education processes and medical documentation practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
