Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Requirements
- Full Time - 40 hours per week.
- You will have a 4 day onsite work week; 10h days
- Schedule and duties as assigned by RISE.
- Required to visit home patient sites on in-clinic days, as assigned.
- May be required to do one overnight trip per month to the Central Michigan area to do site visits in that area; travel stipend included.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- CPR (live tested) and first aid certified.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis, data collection methods, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with special education processes and medical documentation practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
