Job Description
Rise Construction Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to support our construction projects by handling administrative tasks, documentation, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project invoicing, compliance documentation, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, submit, and track required project documentation, including lien waivers, certified payroll reports, insurance certificates, and subcontractor agreements.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate and send invoices based on contract terms, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Contract & Submittals Management: Assist in organizing and submitting required project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure all required paperwork and updates are provided in a timely manner.
- Payroll & Compliance Reporting: Ensure that certified payroll reports and other compliance documents are submitted accurately and on schedule.
- General Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, track deadlines, and provide support as needed to project managers and field teams.
Qualifications
- Exceptionally clear communicator in writing, in person and via phone
- Strong math and crical thinking abilities
- Prior experience in construction administration, project coordination, or related roles preferred (though not required)
- Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
