We’re searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer’s agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Compensation :

80,000 - $150,000 GCI yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Engage with qualified leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Assess homebuyers’ wants, needs, and financial abilities to match them with the perfect properties.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and following up on leads.
  • Educate clients about the home-buying process, current market trends, and financing options.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Collaborate with team members and leverage company tools to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Show a track record of real estate success
  • California Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing courses)
  • Proven track record of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building client relationships
  • Knowledge of the East Bay real estate market is a plus
