Compensation :
80,000 - $150,000 GCI yearly
Responsibilities :
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Engage with qualified leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Assess homebuyers’ wants, needs, and financial abilities to match them with the perfect properties.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and following up on leads.
- Educate clients about the home-buying process, current market trends, and financing options.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with team members and leverage company tools to achieve sales targets.
