Responsibilities:
- Manage and track client services and marketing initiatives
- Conduct research, gather background information, and assist in preparing creative briefs and business presentations
- Monitor marketing campaigns and provide clients with periodic updates on key business metrics
- Develop strong professional relationships with both current and prospective clients
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and effective time management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, Google Calendar experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
- Proven experience in previous Customer Service roles
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
