Customer Service / Order Fulfillment needed for fast growing nutritional supplement company in Sparta, NJ. We are looking for someone who can handle a wide variety of responsibilities. This person should be very detail oriented, reliable, able to work well independently in a fast-paced/quickly changing environment with good communication and decision making skills. We are looking for an energetic and positive self-starter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide office and customer service support (emailing, corresponding, answering and returning phone calls)
* Communicate with customers to take phone orders, offer assistance and resolve issues
* Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely arrival
* Assist with order fulfillment, including preparing and packaging customer materials
* Work independently at times and make sure the office is operating smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Attention to detail
* Highly organized with focus on execution, problem solving, and improving processes
* Exceptional time management skills and accountability
* Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible/fast paced environment
* Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
