What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Representative position at RISE Physical Therapy?
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who wants to play a role in helping individuals on their journey to better health! We have four Physical Therapy practices and are expanding our front office team, looking for a new member to join the team!
You must be a TEAM PLAYER, professional, organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities while giving caring and friendly customer service. Must have strong people skills, computer, communication, and phone skills. Experience with Medical Insurance preferred but not required. While not required, we are also interested in an individual who is bi-lingual.
Job Duties
- Greet and Welcome Patients by name
- Multi-task extremely well - juggle patients in person as well as via phone call
- Gather patient information - listen and ask questions to develop rapport with patients.
- Schedule/re-schedule appointments
- Take payments
- Communicate Insurance Benefits to patients when necessary - must be ok sharing cost and discussing money with patients.
- Answer questions about the value and benefits of Physical Therapy
- Manage and coordinate patient referrals
Full-Time
Monday-Friday work schedule
