We seek a highly motivated and experienced outside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art home renovation products to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new leads and opportunities generated by our highly effective marketing department
- Meet with potential customers to assess their needs and provide them with information about our products and services
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding professional goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS preferred
Compensation:
- $2000 signing bonus
- Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $72,000 - $175,000
