Role Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. Everyone starts in our door-to-door marketing role, where you engage with homeowners to set free home inspection appointments. After 4-6 months of meeting performance goals, you can advance to a full sales position with greater earnings potential. In this role, you will build relationships with clients, deliver compelling sales presentations, and develop new business while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Presentation and New Business Development skills.
- Excellent Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities.
- Outstanding Communication skills.
- Experience in construction or home renovation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Compensation:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $70,000 - $175,000
