Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Program Growth Coordinator to join our team at RISE Services. The Program Growth Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding our services and reaching more individuals in need. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, strategic planning, and execution of growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

The Program Growth Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the expansion and development of our programs. This position is responsible for researching new opportunities, coordinating growth initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies designed to enhance program offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for program development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Research & Analysis:** Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities for existing programs and analyze trends that may impact program development.

- **Program Development Support:** Assist in the planning and execution of strategies aimed at expanding program reach, including outreach efforts, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and to facilitate effective communication.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics, collecting data to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies and making recommendations for improvement.

- **Reporting:** Prepare reports and presentations on program growth initiatives, progress, and outcomes for internal stakeholders.

- **Resource Coordination:** Assist in managing resources and logistics related to program growth, including budgeting, scheduling, and event planning.

- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Foster relationships with external partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support program expansion efforts.

Program Development:

  • Work with existing teams to design and implement new programs that meet community needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend adjustments for improvement.
  • Attend ISP meetings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in program development, project management, or business development, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and outreach methods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for working with individuals with disabilities and understanding of access and equity issues.
  • Some travel will be required potentailly once every month or two as we acquire new contracts in different states.
