Overview And Essential Job Functions
The Accounting Clerk will support the Finance team with various accounting projects and tasks as assigned. In addition, the Accounting Clerk will help ensure records are consistent with all submitted financial statements.

Overview And Essential Job Functions
The Accounting Clerk will support the Finance team with various accounting projects and tasks as assigned. In addition, the Accounting Clerk will help ensure records are consistent with all submitted financial statements.
- Provide timely case resolution regarding payment discrepancies
- Maintain clear, concise and usable documentation of activity
- Support and assist with inquiries from other department providing timely responses / resolution
- Be responsible for email distribution list and ensure timely responses are provided
- Record banking activity in accounting system as directed
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned
- ALL Acumen employees will be vigilant to support the positive compliant cybersecurity company posture by familiarizing themselves with all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines and act accordingly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-year relevant experience. A degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required
- Proficient with computers and different finance programs including Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
