Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence in a home or group home setting.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Implement and follow care plans tailored to individual client requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and report observations to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with hospice care as needed, ensuring comfort and dignity for clients at end-of-life stages.
- Engage clients in social activities that promote interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or similar caregiving roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and patient observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
