Are you from a heavy mechanics / maintenance background with supervisory experience, looking to join a global leading business where you will step into a key role and take the lead of your own maintenance team?

This long-standing company are known for taking care of and continually developing their staff, allowing plenty of opportunities to progress. They have multiple sites worldwide, and due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to join their team at North Carolina site.
The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience within an industrial / heavy manufacturing maintenance setting, looking to build their career within a growing and stable business.
The Role:
- Leading your own maintenance team and supporting with their training and development
- Managing maintenance projects and driving continuous improvement
- Working closely with General Manager, Superintendent and Planner
- Problem solving
- Monday - Friday, days based role (7-4pm)
The Person:
- Maintenance background
- Experience within a heavy manufacturing / industrial setting (including: plant, steel, automotive, wood, oil & gas)
- 6 years' supervisory / leadership experience
