Are you a high-level Full Stack Engineer with machine learning experience, looking to work at a well-funded AI start-up on a product that will revolutionise the food retail industry?
You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders whilst continuing to develop your technical skillset and progress into leadership in the future.
My client is a well-funded start-up that is developing advanced Voice AI technology to automate customer interactions, enhancing accuracy, speed, and satisfaction, whilst delivering significant cost savings for clients.
As the Founding Engineer, you will work directly with the co-founders, working dynamically to code and problem solve, using Python, Next.JS and React, as well as using experimenting with and evaluating the latest LLM’s, training audio classification models and improving SST models.
This is a great opportunity to get involved early at an AI start-up with enormous commercial potential, in a role where you will have a big impact in the direction of the company and the development of the product.
The Role :
- Build core systems and infrastructure
- Experiment with AI models (Speech to Text) including LLM fine-tuning, distillation, and edge deployment.
- Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
