The Role:
- Support audits from day one, then step up to lead them, ensuring full FAA compliance.
- Take ownership of calibration programs, compliance tracking, and document control.
- Manage & refine manuals and databases, keeping everything up to date and audit-ready.
- Grow into the FAA’s main contact, representing the company in all regulatory matters.
The person:
- Experience in quality assurance within a 145 Repair Station.
- Understanding of FAA regulations, audits, and compliance programs.
- Looking for a stable, Monday-Friday role with flexible working hours.
