In this role, you will be responsible for relationship management for a range of diverse clients from well-known businesses. You will be reviewing bids, fielding calls, and creating innovative projects to advance the company’s plans for growth and expansion, alongside mentoring an enthusiastic Junior Estimator to positively affect their development.
This role would suit an Estimator from a background in civil construction projects, with the passion to positively progress their career, within a forward-thinking company.
The Position:
- Oversee the bidding process of multiple Heavy Civil Excavation projects
- Support a growing Junior Estimator, using your expert knowledge of the position and industry to develop them
- Exciting career progression opportunities

- Estimator from Commercial Construction background
- Knowledge of large-scale excavation projects
- Effective communicator with ability to lead a team
