Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients face to face.
- Assist customers with client information and provide product knowledge.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
- Upsell to increase sales revenue and quality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong face to face etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in sales or outside sales appreciated
- Strong attention to detail
