Rise Vision is currently searching for a Senior Account Executive to grow revenue in our south west territory (CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS).

Mission of the Senior Account Executive

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Senior Account Executive is accountable for achieving their quarterly quota target. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the Senior Account Executive for accounts in the south western United States. 
  • Create and execute on your territory plan to consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to predictably forecast recurring and one time revenue.
  • Serve as a product expert for Rise Vision, clearly understanding our messaging, how to effectively position and sell Rise Vision, customer pain points, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Regularly travel for in-person events, including reseller events, customer visits, lunch-and-learns, networking events, and industry tradeshows to foster relationships and close business. 
  • Use the MEDDPICC framework to qualify opportunities and manage your pipeline so that you maintain an accurate and clean sales pipeline.
  • Ensure all activity is diligently logged in the CRM. Anyone can look at a customer's account and easily know the history within one business day of the last activity.
  • Guide prospects effectively through pilot projects, clearly establishing and achieving defined success criteria.
  • Lead internal customer champions through budgeting, legal, security, and procurement processes to successfully close deals.
  • Build relationships with reseller partners in your territory to generate pipeline and close business. 
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth customer onboarding, satisfaction, and identification of expansion opportunities post-sale.
  • Provide feedback based on customer interactions to improve our tactics, processes, and the Rise Vision revenue strategy.

Role Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally within a SaaS environment selling SMB and mid-market deals.
  • You have sold hardware and software, and understand the challenges of each.
  • You have multiple years of experience working with the channel/resellers and have relationships at the major IT/AV resellers and distributors.
  • You have high standards for work, get tasks done quickly, love deadlines, appreciate the power of constraint, enjoy committing to a forecast, don’t need to be followed up with, and you’re a continuous learner.
  • You’re a glass-half-full person, and you’re practical. You roll up your sleeves and see an imperfect situation, tool, process, etc… as an opportunity. 
  • Travelling to events, meeting resellers, and visiting customers is a pleasure, not a chore. You’re excited to get in the field to meet face to face and build relationships. Expect 20% or more of your time to be travelling.
  • You have experience with HubSpot - this is our CRM, customer success system, marketing automation tool, etc… 
  • You are located in one of these states: NV, AZ, UT, CO, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, or MS

Total Compensation Includes:

  1.  $80,000 plus variable for a total OTE of $136,000
  2. Health & Dental Benefits

  6. $2000 for Learning & Development
  7. 20 days of Vacation (pro-rated based on your start date in your first year)
