Club Pilates / Riser Fitness , Sloan's Lake, CO
The Assistant General Manager is our eyes & ears of the studio, the observer who implements practices & supports others, but also looks for ways to improve current workflows, processes, and overall customer experience. Our Assistant General Manager will support the studio’s General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, help manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and problem-solve issues that may arise. Fitness experience and / or knowledge of Pilates is preferred, but not required.

Position Title : Assistant General Manager
Reports to : General Manager (occasionally District Manager)
REQUIREMENTS :
- Excellent sales 2 years of retail / service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
- Ability to assist in driving revenue streams : memberships & retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the public.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
