What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at RiseWell Community Services?
RiseWell of Organization is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to oversee the Sunken Meadow Residence and Community Residence/Single Room Occupancy Programs, reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Services. The position is split between Queens Village & Brentwood.
Department: Residential Services
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $65,000 Annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Human Services and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of experience in mental health. Knowledge of residential services, evidence based practices, dual-diagnosis, and psychiatric rehabilitation practice. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health. Clean and valid driver’s license.

Manage staff to ensure the smooth operations of multifaceted residential programs serving people with psychiatric disabilities. Assist the Associate Director in all aspects of program supervision, management and development.
