RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full-Time Rehabilitative Associate who will report to the Program Supervisor at the Residential Transitional Services Team in Medford, NY
HOURS: 35 hours per week
Salary: $38,500.00 per year
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA in Human Services OR High School Diploma/GED with two years’ experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities preferred. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide supportive counseling, restorative services, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in supportive scattered site residential programs or those in preparation for more independent housing.
