DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arranges for and provides transportation services to designated staff for essential government business. Ensures that vehicles are clean and prepared for use at all times;
- Processes agency mail and special packages, including receipts, inter-agency routing of courier packages, processing outbound mail by metering or applying postage, and deliveries to the US Post Office as required. Provides periodic reports as required.
- Arranges for such services as printing, publication delivery, in-house reproduction, procurement of general office supplies, distribution and maintenance of stock levels.
- Reviews stock levels and purges or disposes of items that have exceeded their useful life. Approval must be obtained before disposing of government assets as required.
- Compiles and distributes statistical data; maintains service records and receipts; analyzes equipment usage and projects equipment and supplies needs, preparing reports as needed.
