Enterprise Voice and Data Carrier provisioning encompasses ordering, tracking, cataloging , commissioning and decommissioning Voice and Data services for NJ Transit Unified Communication Services. The provisioning process insures that NJ Transit has secure, reliable , and scalable access to Carrier-provided communication services. These services may include, Telephony, PRI, VoIP, SIP , Direct / Operator Connect , DDoS, MPLS, SD-Wan, Internet Access, Cloud Access, Dark Fiber, and Mobile data services. Circuit Orders & Provisioning with Multiple Carriers Data / Voice
o Create and track Service Orders
o Coordination of Service Delivery dates
o Coordination with Vendor account team and installation staff
Knowledge of Carrier Management System / Portals
o Order tracking and reporting
Customer Support and Follow-Up
o Support Channels
o Order Status Updates
o Post order Services
Inventory Moves Adds and Changes
Disconnect Services
Maintain Inventory database for data and voice products for Rail, Bus and Corp Network
Coordinate services with Vendor and PM to upgrade existing services
Review billing summary invoices for accuracy
Renegotiate circuit pricing of existing services, billing at tariff rates
Provide Customer Vendor Contract documents and SLA as needed
Review Contract Addendum / Renewals for verification and validation
Distribution of Vendor documents specific to Project
Maintain Customer Vendor Contact Information
Troubleshooting with telco carriers
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Office tools, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
