\n- Provide individualized ABA Therapy to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills for success.
- Work closely with Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of services.
- Conduct assessments, design, and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Support the professional growth of Behavior Technicians through ongoing mentorship and guidance.
- Collaborate with families, providing them with the tools and support they need to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Ensure all services are delivered in line with ethical and professional standards.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification – you’re ready to hit the ground running!
- Active, unencumbered MA LABA certification (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance – we’re mobile and need you to be too!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, effective communication is key in everything we do.
- A passion for helping children and families succeed through ABA Therapy.
- A commitment to supporting, developing, and mentoring Behavior Technicians to ensure ongoing success for the team and clients.
