What We Need:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PATH Instructor - Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for all aspects of Equine Assisted Services (EAS) program development and implementation as well as to teach mounted and unmounted traditional and adaptive lessons. This candidate will work under the direction of the Director of Animal Assisted Programming and in collaboration with the Equine Manager for horse selection.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop EAS programs for individuals, groups, and organizations
· Train and coach staff in program implementation
· Teach mounted and unmounted traditional and adaptive lessons to individuals, groups, and organization members
· Work with the Director of Animal Assisted Programming, Community Relations Coordinator, Equine Manager and Volunteer and Events Coordinator on event scheduling and preparation
· Give on-site tours and share the vision and mission of Rising Light Ridge and the Rising Light Ridge Equine Center
· Assist Director of Animal Assisted Programming and Equine Manager in other duties as needed.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years working in an EAS therapeutic riding center
· Minimum 2 years assisting with or developing EAS programs for persons with and without disabilities
· Strong horsemanship skills and knowledge of equine care
· PATH Intl. CTRI, Advanced, or Master level preferred
· Demonstrate ability to ride horses at intermediate level as determined by Equine Manager
· Ability to work independently and part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail oriented and safety minded
· Physical ability to handle horses and assist riders as needed (lifting, balancing, supporting etc.)
· Willing to maintain compliance with Mission, Vision, and Values Statement of Faith of Tim Tebow Foundation and Rising Light Ridge
