Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Repair or replace fixtures, equipment, and systems as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workspaces.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as landscaping or snow removal as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in general maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Must be 18
