As a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing and growing a diverse book of business. You'll work alongside a supportive team, including Producers and Account Executives, to provide top-tier service and customized insurance solutions to our valued clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Build & Maintain Relationships – Become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
- Partner with Industry Experts – Work closely with Producers and Account Executives to craft comprehensive insurance strategies.
- Manage a Dynamic Book of Business – Market new policies, renew existing accounts, and analyze risk exposure to ensure clients have the right coverage.
- Negotiate & Advocate – Perform coverage comparisons, review contracts, and negotiate with underwriters for the best solutions.
- Stay Organized & Efficient – Handle invoicing, paperwork, and account processing with precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to Agency Success – Prepare reports, proposals, and support additional projects to help our agency grow.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Licensed Professional – Active Property and Casualty Insurance Agent License (required).
- Experienced & Knowledgeable – At least 1 year of Commercial Insurance Account Management experience.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Strong Microsoft Office skills, AMS360 experience is a plus!
- Multi-Tasking Pro – Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Potential – An interest in mentoring and guiding others as you grow in your role.
