PLEASE NOTE: This is an on-site position located at our Blue Bell, PA office. Work hours would require a minimum of 30 hours/week and a Monday - Friday schedule of 8:00am - 3:00pm.

We are seeking a highly professional Administrative Support Professional to join our team!

The Administrative Support Professional will assist with providing phone coverage, and general office support to our team coupled with making decisions based on customer, employee, and company best interests.
In this role you will
- Provide general office support, including reception/front desk coverage, copying, imaging, faxing, filing, and contact management.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to Customer Service Representatives.
- Greet and assist guests entering the office.
- Make appropriate decisions regarding how to redirect and respond to customers on hold, in high volume inbound call situations.
- Assist with account implementation, including account set-up and file preparation.
- Prepare solicitation and conversion mailings, including customization of letter templates, and coordination with clients to obtain lists, approvals, and final materials.
- Provide ongoing support and research for escalated customer service issues.
- Prepare, analyze and distribute reports.
- Update and maintain client files.
- Support client marketing activities, including file clean-up, solicitation processing and DNS file creation and up-loads.
- Provide general meeting preparation and support.
- Communicate effectively via phone and e-mail with internal and external clients.
- Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Associate Degree or higher preferred, or two to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend instructions, routine correspondence, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Computer Skills - 2 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using MS Access is a plus.
