About the Role
A leading heavy equipment rental company is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, logistics, and team performance at a key regional hub managing a $9-11M fleet. This role involves leading a team of 17, including 6-8 mechanics, ensuring efficient dispatch, driving cultural improvements, and enforcing accountability.
What You Need
Must-Have : Experience managing large teams in mechanical / service industries, strong logistics / dispatching skills (DOT, equipment shipments), cost control expertise, and the ability to drive cultural change.
Preferred : Background in rental, equipment dealerships (John Deere, CAT, etc.), or construction.
