A leading provider of specialty rental equipment is seeking a National Operations Manager to oversee its commercial division. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across multiple U.S. locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality service while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee division operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Implement quality control and cost management processes to maintain profitability
- Develop and track performance metrics for efficiency and effectiveness
- Improve processes, policies, and training to enhance daily operations
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and fleet management to drive business success
- Manage budgets, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Lead, develop, and mentor operations teams
Qualifications:
- 10 years in operations within industrial, energy, or heavy equipment industries (rental experience a plus)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and operational technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
