This newly created role offers a unique chance to build and shape Lean initiatives from the ground up. You will work closely with plant managers, operations teams, and safety managers to standardize processes across multiple facilities, analyze KPIs and performance data to measure the success of initiatives, and drive cultural buy-in for continuous improvement among long-tenured staff.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement, process optimization, or operations leadership. You must have strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities, experienced in managing projects and change in dynamic environments, proficient with process mapping software, knowledge of agile methodologies or frameworks, results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and engaging teams, and basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
