B2B SaaS Product Manager

Top 3 Technical skills :

• Domain knowledge
• CRM / CLM (Customer relationship management (CRM) and customer lifecycle management (CLM)
• Go to Market and / or Go live! experience
• Experience working with Aerospace and Defense, MRO, GovCon firms desired, not required
• B2B SaaS required
• Heavy customer facing - get on a call and explain new feature roll outs, etc.

Job Description / Technical Skills

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Product Management and has a great level of understanding our clients needs. You will work in collaboration with our Product and Executive Team as this role will outline the vision and delivery of our product and will be a key player in our overall product strategy.

The day-to-day :

Develop a solid understanding of products and leverage that for our customers

Responsible for driving the vision and requirements of our product roadmap

Work with Project Managers and the Delivery team to ensure the product is executed properly

You will work cross functionally with many departments including our Delivery and Customer Success Team

Build relationships and work closely with team members to provide and prioritize external requirements

Who you are :

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of software product management experience for a software product company

You will have experience working cross-functionally with Engineers, Project Managers, and Customers Success Managers

Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

Experience working with Government Consulting firms

Knowledge of SaaS model

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
