Position Summary
Arlington, Virginia, USA, Hybrid
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead our observability initiatives and support our SRE, NOC and Network engineering. This role will be pivotal in improving our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced customer experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and Execute Strategy : Define and implement the observability strategy, aligning it with the market requirements and company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with customers, SRE, engineering, and customer support teams to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Enhance Monitoring and Logging : Improve existing monitoring and logging systems to provide real-time insights and proactive issue detection.
- Customer-Focused Solutions : Develop observability features that enhance transparency and trust for our customers.
- Product Roadmap : Create and maintain a product roadmap for infrastructure and observability, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
- Stakeholder Communication : Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in observability and cyber security.
