Client is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to guide significant technology transitions involving enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Change Management principles, including PROSCI, OCM, or transformation experience. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient adaptation to new systems and processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Change Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with the company's goals.
Impact Analysis and Stakeholder Identification : Conduct thorough impact analyses to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Project Tracking and Reporting : Monitor project progress, track issues, and adjust change management activities as necessary to meet objectives.
Risk Management : Lead the execution of change management plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Support and Coaching : Provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors to facilitate effective change.
Readiness Assessments : Evaluate and enhance organizational readiness for change, ensuring all teams are prepared for transitions.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
