Description : Purpose of Requisition : \nFCB EF collections customer service and other groups currently use Pega to manage certain workflows routing and to enact changes on our\ncontracts. This project will increase the scope of which teams use Pega and how Pega is used to eliminate manual tools and processes. This trainer will develop and deliver training to new and existing Pega users including how to use Pega new users how to use Pega as specifically designed for FCB EF based on each users company role and how changes to processes and procedures impact users.
nJob Description. \nThe successful candidate will perform the following duties :
- Deliver live in-person training to groups of 20-30.
- Design and Develop training materials.
- Quickly learn companys existing use of Pega.
- Quickly learn project high level objectives.
- Attend all required project related meetings.
- Assess and analyze all product deliverables for impact on business.
- Determine and recommend training topics.
- Work with training FTE to ensure best delivery to business.
