JOB DESCRIPTION - Basic Qualifications : At least 5 years' experience as a Design Researcher in a business or consulting capacityAt least 2 years' experience managing project teamsHave a track record of working with teams of various stakeholders, including designers, researchers, strategists, product managers, tech partners and senior leadershipUnderstand the difference between Design Research and Market Research and have experience collaborating on initiatives between these teamsHave experience guiding teams to employ the best research methods for the problem, employing strategies to address stakeholder push back
Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree or equivalent professional experience5 years of usability testing and user experience researchExperience teaching : design thinking, human centered design, design research
